We operate a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in a robust, ethical and transparent manner:

Responsible sourcing

We source products from around the world but only deal with suppliers who have the same ethical ethos that we do. We pride ourselves on the honest, open and collaborative relationships we have with our suppliers and we assess and visit them regularly. We also subscribe to SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange).

Human Rights, Labour and Modern Slavery

William Yeoward has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery, encompassing slavery, servitude, human trafficking, forced labour and child labour. We are committed to having effective systems and controls in place to safeguard against any form of modern slavery taking place within the business or our supply chain.

Packaging

We have removed all single use plastic across our own offices, warehousing and retail spaces. All packaging has been designed and sourced to be recyclable. We have a no landfill policy.
