Introduction
William Yeoward Furniture Limited is a limited company (02249386) which operates from 270 Kings Road, London, SW3 5AW. We provide interior design services and bespoke and ready-made designer furniture by William Yeoward. This includes the development, retail and trade sales of furniture, tableware, crystal, fabrics, cushions, rugs and lighting.

We may request information from you which we require to adequately ensure delivery of our services including information regarding your employees if you are an employer customer. This information will be required to provide advice and support to our customers. We will only ask for the information necessary to provide our services.
The information requested on the staff of employer customers may include the employee’s name, start date, salary details, contractual terms and conditions and any other information we feel is necessary to provide our customers with the support and advice they require.
How will we use the information you provide us?
The information we collect from you will be used to:
• Deliver our services as per our agreed contract and supporting terms of business
• Process invoices and for other accounting purposes
• Notify you of any additional services we provide which we feel may be of interest to you
The information we collect from employer customers relating to their employees will be used to deliver our services as per our agreed terms of business.
Any information you provide us will not be used in any other way unless you have been informed and we have your specific consent.
Who has access to your information?
The staff of William Yeoward Furniture Limited have access to the information you provide to us. The information they have access to is controlled and they can only access information required to ensure the services we provide to our customers are met.
We use third party software in our day to day activities including for cloud storage, marketing and accounting. Our accountants will also have access to information about our invoices to you and your payments to us. Our IT consultants may have access to your information in the course of providing IT support to us.
We will not share your information with any other third parties without your knowledge and consent.
How long will we keep your information?
As a company, we have statutory and legal obligations to keep certain information for a period of time after it has been used. We will not keep any information after it has been used that we are not required to keep under these obligations.
Once information is no longer required for legal reasons or for the provision of our services to you it will be erased from our systems in a controlled and secure manner.

Our customers can request details of the information held by the company which relates to them. They can do this by contacting Chris Grafham, the company’s Data Protection Officer.
If at any time a customer is unhappy with how the company has processed or processes their data, wishes to make alterations to any data which they believe is incorrect or irrelevant or wishes to stop receiving marketing information from us they can do this by contacting Chris Grafham by phone or email.
